PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN STUDENT FACILITATOR AND EXPLAINING (SFAE) BERBANTUAN MEDIA KARTU TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan signitifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran SFAE berbantuan media kartu dengan siswa yang belajar secara konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan non equivalent post-test only control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SDN Gugus V Kecamatan Sukasada yang berjumlah 206 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SDN 3 Sambangan berjumlah 28 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol dan siswa kelasV SDN 1 Panji berjumlah 30 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol. Bentuk tes hasil belajar IPA siswa adalah tes objektif pilihan ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran SFAE berbantuan media kartu dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Hal ini dilihat berdasarkan thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel (thitung = 4,256 > ttabel = 2,003 ) dan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa pada kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelompok kontrol yaitu 20,17>15,13. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran SFAE berbantuan media kartu berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN Gugus V kecamatan Sukasada Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.

This study aims to determine the signi fi cant difference of science learning outcomes between students learning with SFAE learning assisted media card with students who study conventionally. This type of research is quasi experimental research using non equivalent post-test only control group design. The population of this research is all students of class V in SDN Gugus V Kecamatan Sukasada which amounted to 206 students. The sample of this research is the students of class V SDN 3 Sambangan amounted to 28 people as the control group and the students of class V SDN 1 Panji amounted to 30 people as the control group. The form of student science learning outcome test is a multiple-choice objective test. The results showed that there were significant differences in the learning outcomes of students who followed SFAE learning assisted card media with students following the conventional learning. This is seen based on tcount is bigger than ttable (titung = 4,256> ttabel = 2,003) and the mean of student's learning result in experiment group is higher than control group that is 20,17> 15,13. It shows that the learning of gifted card-assisted SFAE influenced the learning outcomes of science students of grade V SDN Gugus V Sukasada sub-district in the lesson year 2016/2017.
