PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN ATI (APTITUDE TREATMENT INTERACTION) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS IV SEMESTER II DI SD KELURAHAN BANYUNING

Abstrak
Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah tentang rendahnya hasil belajar IPA siswa. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) mendeskripsikan hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelompok eksperimen yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran ATI (Aptitude Treatment Interaction), (2) mendeskripsikan hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelompok kontrol yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran model konvensional, dan (3) mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran ATI (Aptitude Treatment Interaction) dan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran model konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperiment). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV di SD Kelurahan Banyuning Kabupaten Buleleng Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV di SD No. 4 Banyuning dan SD No. 7 Banyuning. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain non equivalent post-test only control group design. Data hasil belajar IPA siswa dikumpulkan dengan instrumen tes berbentuk uraian. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji hipotesis (uji-t). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh thitung = 10,11 dan ttabel (pada taraf signifikansi 5%) = 2,042. Hal ini berarti bahwa thitung > ttabel, sehingga hasil yang diperoleh signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) hasil belajar IPA kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan model pembelajaran ATI menunjukan skor rata-rata cenderung tinggi, 2) hasil belajar IPA kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan model konvensional menunjukan skor rata-rata cenderung rendah, dan 3) terdapat perbedaan signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran ATI dan siswa yang dibelajarakan dengan model konvensional. Artinya adalah model pembelajaran ATI berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV di SD Kelurahan Banyuning Kabupaten Buleleng.

Abstract
This research dealed with the students low achievement in science learning. This research aimed at finding (1) describing the final result of the science course for the students supposed as experimental who learn by using the ATI (Aptitude Treatment Interaction), (2) describing the final result of science course for the students who supposed in a community control who used the conventional learning method, and (3) indentifying the significant differences between the students who learn by using the ATI (Aptitude Treatment Interaction) and other students who learn by using the conventional learning method. This study was quotient experiment. The population of this study were the the second semester of the 4th grade students at SD No. 4 Banyuning and SD No. 7 Banyuning. This study was used non equivalent post-test only control group design. The research instrument used was the essays. The collecting data was analyzed by using the statistic descriptive and hypothesis test (test-t). Based on the analysis, the result shown that taccount = 10,11 and the ttable (in a significant frequency of 5%) = 2,042. This case means that bahwa taccount > ttable, therefore it found the sifnificant result. The result of the research show that: 1) student’s science achievement which learn with ATI method showed mean score was high, 2) student’s science achievement which learn with conventional learning method showed mean score was low, and 3) there was a significant difference of student’s science achievement between student’s learn by ATI learning method and those learn by conventional learning method. It’s mean ATI learning method has significant positif effect on student’s science achievement of the 4th grade students in Banyuning village Buleleng regency.
