Abstract
The purpose of this study was 1) to determine significant differences between students' scientific attitude that learned through 5E learning cycle model of learning with conventional learning. 2) to determine significant differences between students' science learning outcomes that learned through 5E learning cycle model of learning with conventional learning. 3) to determine significant differences simultaneously scientific attitude and science achievement among students that learned through 5E learning cycle model of learning with conventional learning. The study population is the entire fifth grade students numbered 127 students. VA research sample that is class numbered 41 students and VB classes totaling 43 students. Data were collected with a scientific attitude questionnaire and the results of learning science using the test. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed 1) a significant difference scientific attitude of students that learned through learning model 5E learning cycle obtained t = 5.72. For and db = 82 obtained ttabel = 2.00. Mean t = 5.72> t (0,05,82) = 2.00. 2) there are significant differences science learning outcomes of students that learned through learning model 5E learning cycle obtained t = 3.49. For and db = 82 obtained ttabel = 2.00. Mean t = 3.49> t (0,05,82) = 2.00. 3) the simultaneous presence of significant differences of scientific attitude and science learning outcomes of students that learned through 5E learning cycle instructional model obtained F = 21.274. For . Mean F = 21.274, p <0.05. It can be concluded there are significant learning model 5E learning cycle of the scientific attitude and science learning outcomes fifth grade students of elementary school 5 Pedungan.
