PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE JIGSAW TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPS SISWA KELAS IV DI SDN 1 DAN 2 RENDANG

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPS antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe jigsaw dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan post-test only control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 dan SD Negeri 2 Rendang di Kecamatan Rendang Kabupaten Karangasem tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 terdiri atas 67 orang. Setelah dilakukan uji kesetaraan sampel sebanyak 58 siswa dipilih sebagai sampel. Dengan teknik random sampling diperoleh SD Negeri 1 Rendang sebagai kelas kontrol dan SD Negeri 2 Rendang sebagai kelas eksperimen. Data hasil belajar IPS dikumpulkan melalui tes objektif yang terdiri dari 20 butir soal, dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe jigsaw dengan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional, dengan thitung sebesar 4,78 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 2,00. Berdasarkan analisis dapat di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar IPS di SD Negeri 2 Rendang, Kecamatan Rendang, Kabupaten Karangasem.

Abstract
This study aimed to know the difference of IPS learning result between students following cooperative learning model of jigsaw type and student following conventional model. This study was quasi experiment research by post-test only control group design. The population of this study were all of class IV students of SD Negeri 1 and SD Negeri 2 Rendang at Rendang sub district, Karangasem regency academic year 2012/2013, consisted of 67 person. After being done the sample equivalence test, and then 58 students were selected to be sample. By using sampling random technique, it was found that SD Negeri 1 Rendang as the control class and SD Negeri 2 Rendang as the experimental class. IPS learning result data was obtained by objective test consisted of 20 items, and then was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistic. The result of this study show that there is significance difference of learning result between students following cooperative learning model of jigsaw type and student following conventional model, by tobs = 4,78, while ttab = 2,00. Based on the result of analysis above can be concluded that there is effect learning cooperative model of jigsaw type to the IPS learning result of SD Negeri 2 Rendang at Rendang district, Karangasem regency.
