PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEAM ASSISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KREATIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS IV

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar IPA melalui penerapan model pembelajaran TAI. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini bersifat kolaboratif dimana antara peneliti dan guru mata pelajaran berkolaborasi dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dan hasil belajar siswa di kelas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV di SD 2 Alasangker Kabupaten Buleleng yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Data kreativitas siswa diperoleh dari lembar observasi dan hasil belajar siswa diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode tes, yaitu tes pilihan ganda dan essay. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa : (1) Pada siklus 1 rata – rata kreativitas belajar siswa berada pada skor 42,50% (kreatif), sedangkan pada siklus 2 rata – rata kreativitas belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan mencapai skor 47,50% (kreatif) dan 30% (sangat kreatif). (2) Pada siklus 1 rata – rata hasil belajar siswa berada pada skor 25% (baik), sedangkan pada siklus 2 rata – rata hasil belajar siswa mengalamai peningkatan mencapai skor 60% (baik) dan 25% (sangat baik). Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas dan hasil belajar IPA sisw akelas IV SD 2 Alasangker Kecamatan Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the improvement of creativity and science learning outcomes through the application of learning models TAI. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). This is collaborative research between researchers and teachers in which subjects collaborate with the aim to enhance creativity and student learning outcomes in the classroom. The study population was all students in the fourth grade in elementary school 2 Alasangker Buleleng regency, amounting to 40 students. Data obtained from the students' creativity observation sheets and student learning outcomes obtained using the test methods, namely multiple choice and essay tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis of quantitative techniques. The results showed that: (1) In cycle 1 average - average creativity score of student learning is at 42.50% (creative), while in cycle 2 average - average student creativity scores have increased to reach 47.50% (creative ) and 30% (very creative). (2) In cycle 1 average - average student learning outcomes are at the score of 25% (good), while in cycle 2 average - average experiencing increased student learning outcomes achieved a score of 60% (good) and 25% (very good). Thus, the application of Team Assisted Individualization learning model can improve creativity and science learning outcomes sisw akelas IV SD 2 Alasangker Buleleng Buleleng Academic Year 2012/2013.
