PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN LEARNING CYCLE BERBASIS MEDIA LINGKUNGAN ALAM TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS V SDN 5 PEDUNGAN DENPASAR

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPA yang signifikan antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle berbasis media lingkungan alam dan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional di kelas V semester 1 SDN 5 Pedungan Denpasar Tahun Pelajaran 2013/ 2014.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi Eksperiment dengan sampelyang ditentukan melalui teknikrandom sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalampengumpulan data hasil belajar IPA adalah tes yaitu tes hasil belajar, dengan jenis tes objektif dalam bentuk pilihan ganda biasa sebanyak 37 butir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rerata data hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen lebih dari hasil belajar kelas kontrol yaitu 78.10 > 69.75. Hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis dengan uji-t, diperoleh thitung = 3.65 dan ttabel dengan db= 83 dan taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2.00.Ini berarti thitung lebih dari ttabel, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA yang signifikan antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle berbasis media lingkungan alam dan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional di kelas V semester 1 SDN 5 Pedungan Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2013/ 2014. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran Learning Cycle berbasis media lingkungan alam berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN 5 Pedungan Denpasar Tahun Pelajaran 2013/ 2014.
