PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN THINK PAIR SHARE BERBASIS PENILAIAN PORTOFOLIO TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PENGETAHUAN IPA SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI GUGUS KAPTEN KOMPYANG SUJANA DENPASAR BARAT TAHUN 2017/2018

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Think Pair Share berbasis penilaian portofolio terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan IPA siswa kelas IV SD Kapten Kompyang Sujana Denpasar Barat tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu, dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Seluruh kelas IV SD Gugus Kapten Kompyang Sujana Denpasar Barat tahun 2017/2018 sebanyak 655 siswa dijadikan sebagai populasi penelitian. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan mengacak kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IVA SD Negeri 1 Padangsambian sebagai kelompok eksperimen sebanyak 48 siswa dan kelas IVC SD Negeri 9 Padangsambian sebagai kelompok kontrol sebanyak 47 siswa. Data kompetensi pengetahuan IPA dikumpulkan dengan instrumen berupa tes objektif bentuk pilihan ganda biasa berjumlah 30 butir tes yang telah divalidasi. Data kompetensi pengetahuan IPA dianalisis dengan uji-t polled varian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh thitung =2,500. Harga tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan harga ttabel dengan dk = 93 dan taraf signifikansi 5% sehingga diperoleh harga ttabel = 1,980, jadi thitung = 2,500 > ttabel = 1,980. Begitu pula rerata kompetensi pengetahuan IPA siswa kelompok eksperimen = 0,45 > = 0,37 rerata kompetensi pengetahuan IPA siswa kelompok kontrol.Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan, model pembelajaran Think Pair Share berbasis Penilaian Portofolio berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan IPA siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Kapten Kompyang Sujana Denpasar Barat tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada peneliti lain dapat dijadikan kajian yang relevan khususnya sebagai referensi bagi peneliti dengan kajian yang luas dan memperdalam teori mengenai model pembelajaran Think Pair Share berbasis penilaian portofolio.Kata Kunci : think pair share, penilaian portofolio, IPA
This study aims to determine the effect of Think Pair Share learning model based on portfolio assessment of the knowledge competence of science of fourth grade students of SD Kapten Kompyang Sujana Denpasar Barat in the academic year 2017/2018. This type of research is quasi-experimental research, with nonequivalent control group design. All fourth grade elementary school Gugus Kapten Kompyang Sujana Denpasar Barat in 2017/2018 as many as 655 students were made as research population. The sample is determined using random sampling technique by randomizing the class. The sample in this study were class IVA SD Negeri 1 Padangsambian as an experimental group of 48 students and IVC class at SD Negeri 9 Padangsambian as a control group as many as 47 students. Data on science knowledge competencies were collected with instruments in the form of ordinary multiple choice objective test forms totaling 30 validated test items. Data on knowledge of science competence is analyzed by polled t-test variant. Based on the results of the t-test analysis, t count = 2,500. The price is then compared with the price of t table with dk = 93 and the significance level of 5% so that the price of t table = 1.980 is obtained, so thitung = 2.500> t table = 1,980. Likewise, the mean science competency of students in the experimental group = 0.45> = 0.37, the average science knowledge competence of the control group students. Thus it can be concluded, Think Pair Share learning model based on Portfolio Assessment influences the science knowledge competence of fourth grade elementary school students Captain Group Kompyang Sujana Denpasar Barat 2017/2018 school year. Based on the results of this study suggested to other researchers can be used as a relevant study especially as a reference for researchers with a broad study and deepen the theory of Think Pair Share learning model based on portfolio assessment.
