PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CIRC BERMEDIA POWERPOINT TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA PADA BAHASA INDONESIA KELAS IV SD GUGUS I KUTA BADUNG

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan membaca bahasa Indonesia antara siswa yang belajar melalui model pembelajaran CIRC bermedia powerpoint dengan siswa yang belajar melalui pembelajaran konvensional di kelas IV SD Gugus I Kuta Badung tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Gugus I Kuta Badung. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Kelas eksperimen adalah siswa kelas IV SD No. 3 Kuta. Kelas kontrol adalah siswa SD No. 6 Kuta. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes objektif dengan bentuk pilihan ganda biasa. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji t. Hasil analisis diperoleh thitung= 4,4. ttabel pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan dk= 40+53-2=91 diperoleh sebesar 1,66. Hal ini berarti thitung > ttabel (4,4>1,66). Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan membaca bahasa Indonesia antara siswa yang belajar melalui model pembelajaran CIRC bermedia powerpoint dengan siswa yang belajar melalui pembelajaran konvensional di kelas IV SD Gugus I Kuta Badung. Berdasarkan perbedaan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran CIRC bermedia powerpoint terhadap keterampilan membaca bahasa Indonesia siswa di kelas IV SD Gugus I Kuta Badung tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci : CIRC, Powerpoint, Membaca, dan bahasa Indonesia.
The purpose of this research is to find a significant difference of The Indonesian reading skill between students who learned through CIRC’s powerpoint model with students who learned through Conventional learning in fourth grade SD Gugus I Kuta Badung, academy of year 2013/2014. The research is a quasi experiment research with Nonequivalent With Control Group Design. The population of this research was students of fourth grade SD Gugus I Kuta Badung. The selection of the sample used random sampling technique. The experiment class is student of fourth grade SD No. 3 Kuta. The class controll is student of SD No. 6 Kuta. The instrument of collecting the data used objective tests with multiple choice. The analysis used was t test. The result of this analyze is obtained tcount= 4,4. ttableat 5% significance level with dk=40+53-2=91 is obtained at 1,66. It means that tcount> ttable(4,4>1,66). The analyze showed asignificant difference of the Indonesian reading skill between students who learned through CIRC’s powerpoint model with students who learned through Conventional learning in fourth SD Gugus I Kuta Badung. Based on these differences can be concluded that there is a significant effect in Indonesian reading skill’s students in fourth grade by using CIRC’s powerpoint model academy of year 2013/2014.
