PENGARUH PENDEKATAN STARTER EKSPERIMEN (PSE) BERBASIS REINFORCEMENT TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR GUGUS LETDA KAJENG KECAMATAN DENPASAR UTARA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan Pendekatan Starter Eksperimen (PSE) Berbasis Reinforcement dan yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran Konvensional pada siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Gugus Letda Kajeng Kecamatan Denpasar Utara Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen semu yaitu Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar gugus Letda Kajeng. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VB Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14 Pemecutan yang berjumlah 33 orang kelompok eksperimen dan siswa kelas VC Sekolah Dasar Negeri 4 Pemecutan yang berjumlah 33 orang kelompok kontrol. Cara menentukan sampel penelitian ini dengan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data hasil belajar IPA dilakukan dengan metode tes jenis objektif dalam bentuk pilihan ganda biasa. Data selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik yaitu uji-t.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan penerapan Pendekatan Starter Eksperimen Berbasis Reinforcement dan yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Hal ini terbukti dari perbedaan hasil analisis menggunakan uji t diperoleh thit = 5,6 > ttab (α=0,05,64) = 2,00. Didukung oleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar IPA kelompok eksperimen yaitu x ̅ = 78,21 > x ̅ = 62,18 kelompok kontrol. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pendekatan Starter Eksperimen (PSE) Berbasis Reinforcement berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa di kelas V di SD Gugus Letda Kajeng Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014.

This study aims to determine significant differences between groups of science learning outcomes of students who learned with Starter Eksperiment Approach ( SEA ) Based Reinforcement and who learned with conventional learning in fifth grade elementary school students Force Second Lieutenant Kajeng North Denpasar District School Year 2013/2014 . This study uses a quasi-experimental design that Nonequivalent Control Group Design . The population in this study were all fifth grade elementary school students Gugus Letda Kajeng. Samples were students in public elementary school classroom VB 14 Pemecutan totaling 33 experimental group and grade VC Primary School 4 Pemecutan the control group numbered 33 people . How to determine the sample with a random sampling technique . Science learning outcomes data collection was conducted using an objective type test in the form of multiple-choice regular . Data were then analyzed using statistical methods that test - t.Hasil research shows that there are significant differences between the groups of science learning outcomes of students who learned with the implementation Starter Eksperiment Approach (SEA) Based Reinforcement and who learned with conventional learning . This is evident from the difference in the results obtained by the analysis using the t test = 5,6 thit>ttab( α = 0,05,64 ) = 2.00 . Powered by the average value of the results of the experimental group learned science that x ̅ = 78.21 > = 62.18 x ̅ control group . So it can be concluded that the Starter Eksperiment Approach ( SEA ) Based Reinforcement effect on science learning outcomes of students in class V in SD Gugus Letda Kajeng Academic Year 2013/2014.
