Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas V SD Gugus IX Kecamatan Banjar Kabupaten Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu eksperimen semu dengan rancangan post test only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas V SD gugus IX Kecamatan Banjar, Kabupaten Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2017-2018 yang berjumlah 163 siswa. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes objektif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat analisis data, dan uji hipotesis melalui uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar matematika antara siswa kelas V yang belajar menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Giving questions and Getting Answer dengan siswa kelas V yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil perhitungan uji-t diperoleh t_hitung= 4,51 dan t_tabel = 2,08 (t_hitung>t_tabel). Adanya perbedaan terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa menandakan bahwa strategi pembelajaran Giving Questions and Getting Answer berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa.
