This research has purpose for knowing differences the result of study mathematics between students group which studied using problem posing learning models with students group which studied using direct instructions. The kind of this research is quasi experiment design of non-equivalent post test only control group design. The population of this research are all of students class IV in elementary school Kalibukbuk academic years 2013/2014 totaling 113 people. The sample used in this study amounted to 60 people. Samples were taken by means of random sampling at class that finished synchronized. Sample that choosed is student class IV elementary school 2 Kalibukbuk as a control group and student class IV elementary school 4 Kalibukbuk as a experiment group. Data from result of study mathematics students was collected using the method test with instrument in the form of multiple choice test. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics is using t-test. Based on the result of analyze data that there are differences learning results significantly between groups of students who are learning using problem posing learning models with a group of students who learn using direct instructions models whith tarithematics 60,5 and then ttable = 2,021 at significan standard 5 %, that mean tarithematics > ttable, so there can be said that a group of student who learned with problem posing models is better than group of students who learned with direct instructions models.
