Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran group investigation berbasis contextual fun learning terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas V SD Gugus Untung Surapati Denpasar tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas V SD Gugus Untung Surapati tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan hasil belajar IPA siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui model pembelajaran group investigation berbasis contextual fun learning dengan yang dibelajarkan melalui pembelajaran konvensional (thitung = 7,50 > ttabel = 2,00). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran group investigation berbasis contextual fun learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Gugus Untung Surapati Denpasar tahun ajaran 2013/2014.

This study aimed to know the effect of learning model of group investigation based contextual fun learning on fifth grade elementary school students of clusser Untung Surapati Denpasar year 2013/2014. This research belongs to quasi-experimental research with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The populations in this study were all fifth grade elementary school students of clusser Untung Surapati Denpasar year 2013/2014. Samples were taken with a random sampling technique. The data analysis in this study was analyzed by t-test. The results showed that there is a significant difference in science learning outcomes among students who learned by using learning model of group investigation based contextual fun learning with students who learned by using conventional learning (tvalue = 7,50 > ttable = 2.00). Based on these results it can be concluded that the learning model of group investigation based contextual fun learning effects the science learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students of clusser Untung Surapati Denpasar year 2013/2014.
