PENERAPAN MODEL POLYA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR DALAM MEMECAHKAN SOAL CERITA MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS V

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas V SDN No. 2 Sepang, Kecamatan Busungbiu, Kabupaten Buleleng Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013 setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Polya. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 28 orang siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas 2 siklus. Tiap siklus melalui empat tahap, yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi/evaluasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode tes. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis kemudian dikonversikan pada PAP skala lima. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar Matematika sebesar 71,07% (kategori sedang) pada siklus I, kemudian meningkat menjadi 90,35% pada siklus II (kategori sangat tinggi). Ini menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 19,28% dari siklus I ke siklus IIKata Kunci : pembelajaran Polya, hasil belajar
The study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes Math class No. SDN. 2 Sepang, District Busungbiu, Buleleng Academic Year 2012/2013 after Polya applied learning models. The subjects were 28 students of class V. This research is a class action consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle through the four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation/evaluation, and reflection. Data collected by the test method. The data collected was analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of the analysis is then converted to a scale of five PAP. The results of the analysis showed that the learning outcomes of Mathematics at 71.07% (medium category) in the first cycle, then increased to 90.35% in the second cycle (high category). This shows that an increase of 19.28% learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle.
