PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS V

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada mata pelajaran Matematika melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based learnig (PBL). Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 28 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data tentang kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika dengan metode observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah yakni dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 16,42% dari kriteria sedang menjadi tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada mata pelajaran Matematika.

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in problem solving skills in the subjects of Mathematics through the application of problem based learning model learnig (PBL). Subjects in this study amounted to 28 people. The data collected in this study is the data on the ability of solving mathematical problems with the method of observation and tests. These results indicate that the application of problem based learning model learning (PBL) can enhance the problem solving capabilities of the first cycle to the second cycle of 16.42% of the criteria were to be high. The results showed that the learning model of Problem Based Learning (PBL) can enhance problem-solving abilities in the subjects of Mathematics.
