This study aims to determine significant differences in learning result between students that learned Civics Education used cooperative learning model of two stay two stray type assisted by Power Point media with students that used conventional learning at the fifth grade elementary school students Gugus II, Kuta Badung District Academic Year of 2013/2014. The design used in this research was a quasi-experimental design that is “Nonequivalent Control Group Design“. The study population was the entire students at the fifth grade elementary school Gugus II, Kuta Badung District Academic Year of 2013/2014, about 378 student’s. The sample in this research was class VA the students of VA class at SD No. 3 Legian as an experimental class and the fifth grade students of elementary SD No. 2 Legian as the control class. The data were collected using an objective test with standard multiple choices and analyzed using t-test. Based on the results of t-test analysis obtained t math > t table is 4.10 > 2.00 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The average rate on the experimental class that used the cooperative model of two stay two stray type is 73.47 meanwhile the average rate on the control class that used conventional learning model is 65.11. Therefore, it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model of two stay two stray type assisted by Power Point media give influence on student learning result of Civics Education class V SD Gugus II, Kuta Badung District academic year of 2013/2014.
