MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BCCT BERBANTUAN MEDIA MANIPULATIF BERPENGARUH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar matematika antara siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran BCCT berbantuan media manipulatif dan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Nonequivalent Kontrol Group Desain. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SD Gugus 1 Kuta Utara berjumlah 441 siswa yang tersebar pada 6 sekolah. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah hasil belajar matematika dengan metode tes dan observasi yang merupakan penggabungan nilai kognitif dan afektif. Nilai kognitif dikumpulkan menggunakan tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk pilihan ganda biasa sedangkan nilai afektif dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi sesuai dengan karakter yang dikembangkan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar matematika antara siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran BCCT berbantuan media manipulatif dan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Hal ini terlihat pada hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh bahwa thitung 5,194 > ttabel=2,000 dan derajat kebebasan (dk=40+39-2=77) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran BCCT berbantuan media manipulatif lebih dari siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional (78,80>73,45). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran BCCT berbantuan media manipulatif berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Gugus 1 Kuta Utara.Kata Kunci : Model BCCT, Hasil Belajar,Media Manipulatif.
This study aims to find out whether significant difference of mathematic learning result between the students who applied with teaching and learning model of BCCT helped with manipulative media with the one who applied and conventional teaching and learning. This study was quasy experiment research with noneqivalent control group design. Populations in this study were fifth graders in SD Gugus 1 Kuta Utara amounted to 441 students spread in 6 schools. Sample was taken in random sampling technique. Data have been collected that was learning result of mathematica with test method and observation which it is merger of cognitive and affective value. Cognitive value was collected by using learning result test in the form of multichoice and affective value was collected through observational sheet as according with character developed. Data analyzed collected with t-test. The result showed that there were significant differences of mathematica learning result between the students who applied with teaching and learning model of BCCT helped with manipulative media and the one who applied with conventional teaching and learning. It can be viewed at the analysis result of t-test obtained tcalculate 5,194 > t-table=2,00 with degree of freedom (df=40+39-2=77) with significancy level 5%. The mean of mathematic learning result at the fifth graders who was applied with teaching and learning model of BCCT helped with manipulative media (78,80>73,45). Thus it can be concluded that teaching and learning model of BCCT helped by manipulated media have affect toward learning result of mathematic at the fifth graders of SD Gugus 1 North Kuta.
