Pengaruh Pendekatan Pembelajaran Aktif Kreatif Efektif dan Menyenangkan (PAKEM) Berbantuan Media Grafis Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas V SD Gugus Srikandi Denpasar

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPS antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan (PAKEM) berbantuan media grafis dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Gugus Srikandi Denpasar. Menggunakan teknik random sampling mendapatkan SDN 10 Sumerta sebagai kelompok eksperimen berjumlah 33 siswa dan SDN 13 Kesiman sebagai kelompok kontrol berjumlah 32 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu, rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Non Equivalent Control Group Design.Data hasil belajar IPS dikumpulkan dengan instrumen berupa tes pilihan ganda biasa berjumlah 30 butir soal yang valid dan reliabel. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis statistik uji-t. Rata-rata hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V yang mengikuti pembelajaran PAKEM berbantuan media grafis lebih dari siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional (83,03 > 76,09). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPS antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan PAKEM berbantuan media grafis dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional siswa kelas V SD Gugus Srikandi Denpasar. Ini terlihat dari hasil t-test ( thit = 6,222 > ttabel = 2,000 ) dengan db = 63 ( Ʃn-2 = 65 – 2 = 63 ) dan taraf signifikansi 5%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan PAKEM berbantuan media grafis berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD Gugus Srikandi Denpasar Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014.

The objective of this study is to determine the significant differences between students’ learning outcomes of social subject with used PAKEM method which assist by Graphic Media with students who use the conventional teaching. The population of this study is conducted to the fifth grade students of SD Gugus Srikandi Denpasar. The used random sampling technic and the result is SD N 10 Sumerta as the experiment class with 33 student and SD N 13 Kesiman as the control class with 32 student. This study is a quasy experiment with the design of the study is a non-Equivalent control group design. The result data of learning social subject was collected by multiple choice tests that consist of 30 questions which valid and reliable. The collected data was analyzed by t-test. On the average the social learning outcomes of the fifth grade student who learned with using PAKEM method which assist by Graphic Media is more than students who learned with using Conventional Learning (83,03 > 76,09).The result showed there were significant differences in learning outcomes of students who learned social subject with using PAKEM method which assist by Graphic Media with students who learned with using Conventional Learning of the fifth grade students of SD Gugus Srikandi Denpasar. It shown from the result of the test ( thit = 6,222 > ttabel = 2,000 ) with db = 63 ( Ʃn-2 = 65 – 2 = 63 ) with standard of the significant is 5%. Therefore, PAKEM method which assist by Graphic Media has affects to the social learning result of fifth grade students of SD Gugus Srikandi Denpasar in academic year 2013/2014.
