Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Mind Mapping Berbantuan Media Gambar Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas V Gugus VII Kecamatan Gianyar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPS antara siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif mind mapping berbantuan media gambar dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui penerapan pembelajaran konvensional siswa kelas V Gugus VII Kecamatan Gianyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain quasi experimental yaitu nonequivalent control group design. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SD N 1 Serongga sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan siswa SD N 3 Lebih sebagai kelompok kontrol yang masing-masing terdiri atas 30 siswa. Data hasil belajar IPS siswa diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode tes dan metode observasi kemudian dianalisis dengan statistik uji-t. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh thitung = 2,58, sedangkan dengan menggunakan taraf signifikansi 5% dan dk = 30 + 30 – 2 = 58 diperoleh ttabel (α = 0,05) = 2,01. Karena thitung = 2,58 > ttabel = 2,01, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Rata-rata hasil belajar IPS pada kelompok eksperimen = 79,41 > rata-rata hasil belajar IPS siswa pada kelompok kontrol = 64,93. Ini berarti ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPS siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif mind mapping berbantuan media gambar dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui penerapan pembelajaran konvensional. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif mind mapping berbantuan media gambar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V Gugus VII Kecamatan Gianyar.

ABSTRACT This study aims to know the significant difference of result History science learning between group students that was learned by model mind mapping cooperative by assist media images with group student who were learned through application conventional learning of the fifth grade students clusser VII Gianyar District. This study is a quasi – experimental study with the study design which used is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Determination of samples used a random sampling technique. So that, was gained samples in this study were students of SDN 1 Serongga as an experimental group and students of SDN 3 Lebih as a control group where each school consisted of 30 students. The data results of learning History science of student were earned by using test method and observation method then were analyzed by t-test statistical. Based on data analyzed were gained thitung = 2,58, where as by using significant level 5% and df=30+30-2=58 were gained ttable (a=0,05)= 2,01. Because thitung = 2,58 > ttable =2,01, so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. The average scores of History science learning at experimental group = 70,41 > the average scores of History science learning at control group = 64,93. This means there were the significant differences of results History science learning for students who learned by application the model mind mapping by assist media images with students who learned through application conventional learning. This showed that there were affects of application model mind mapping cooperative learning by assist media images toward results history science students of the fifth clusser VII Gianyar District.
