PENGARUH PENDEKATAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING BERBANTUAN MEDIA ANIMASI KOMPUTER TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SD GUGUS I TAMPAKSIRING

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran melalui pendekatan contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) berbantuan media animasi komputer dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SD Gugus I Tampaksiring Tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Penggunakan pendekatan Eksperimen dengan rancangan “Nonequivalent Control Group Design” yang dilaksanakan dalam 6 kali pertemuan dan 1 kali Post test.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SD kelas V SD Gugus I Tampaksiring, Tahun ajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 206 siswa. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik Rendom Sampling yang terpilih SD N 4 Manukaya Tampaksiring berjumlah 30 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan SD N 6 Manukaya Tampaksiring berjumlah 30 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes yaitu test hasil belajar, Kemudian data dianalisis dengan teknik t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukan thitung = 3,956 dan ttabel = 2,000 untuk dk = 58 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian thitung > ttabel (3,956 > 2,000 ) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA yang signifikan antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran melalui pendekatan contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) berbantuan media animasi komputer dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Nilai rata-rata post test hasil belajar IPA kelompok eksperimen adalah 80,10 sedangkan nilai rata-rata post test hasil belajar IPA kelompok kontrol adalah 70,65 dengan demikian nilai rata-rata post test hasil belajar IPA kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata post test hasil belajar IPA kelompok kontrol. Ini berarti terdapat pengaruh pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) berbantuan media animasi komputer.

This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes between the significant science students who take the contextual approach to learning through Teaching and Learning ( CTL ) computer -aided animation media with students who take conventional teaching fifth grade elementary school student groups I Tampaksiring academic year 2013/2014 . For those reasons, the design of experiments approach " Nonequivalent Control Group Design " held in 6 meetings and 1 Post test.Population in this study were all students of class V SD SD Cluster I Tampaksiring , school year 2013/2014 , amounting to 206 students . Sample is determined by the chosen sampling technique Random SD N 4 Manukaya Tampaksiring were 30 students as a class experiment and SD N 6 Manukaya Tampaksiring class numbered 30 students as the control . Collecting data using tests that test learning outcomes , then the data were analyzed by t - test technique . The results of the analysis showed t table t count = 3.956 and = 2.000 for df = 58 with a significance level of 5 % . Based on the testing criteria of t > t table ( 3.956 > 2.000 ) then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted , so these results we can conclude that there are differences in science learning outcomes significantly between students who take the contextual approach to learning through Teaching and Learning ( CTL ) computer -aided animation media with students who take conventional learning . The average value of post-test results of the experimental group learned science is 80.10 while the average value of post-test results of the control group learned science is 70.65 thus the average value of post-test results of the experimental group learned science higher than the average value The average post-test results of the control group learned science . This approach means that there are significant Contextual Teaching and Learning ( CTL ) computer -aided animation media .
