PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PORTOFOLIO TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PKN SISWA KELAS V SD GUGUS 4 MENGWI BADUNG

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar PKn antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio (portofolio based learning) dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada kelas V SD Gugus 4 Mengwi. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan eksperimen semu dengan bentuk desain Noneqivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SD Gugus 4 Mengwi yang berjumlah 129 orang. Sedangkan, yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 30 orang siswa kelas V di SD N 1 Lukluk dan 30 orang siswa kelas V di SD N 3 Lukluk. Untuk penentuan kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dilakukan random terhadap kelas yang hasilnya SD N 1 Lukluk sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan SD N 3 Lukluk sebagai kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar PKn antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio (portofolio based learning) dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional kelas V SD Gugus 4 Mengwi. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh t_hitung=4,17 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan dk = 58, diperoleh t_(tabel(α=0,05;58))=2,000. Jadi, t_hitung=4,17>t_(tabel(α=0,05;58))=2,000 dan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa pada kelompok yang mengikuti model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio x ̅=70,08, sedangkan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional x ̅=59,33. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio (portofolio based learning) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar PKn pada kelas V SD Gugus 4 Mengwi Badung Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci : model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio dan hasil belajar PKn.
The purpose of this study is to determine the significant differences students' civis learning outcomes between portofolio based learning to students who take conventional learning in the fifth grade elementary Cluster 4 Mengwi. This study uses a quasi-experimental design in the form of Noneqivalent Control Group Design. The study population is all students in elementary classes V Cluster 4 Mengwi which is 129 people in total. Meanwhile, the study sample is 30 students of class V in SD N 1 Lukluk and 30 students of class V in SD N 3 Lukluk. For the determination of the experimental group and the control group is done randomly and class SD N 1 Lukluk as the experimental group and SD N 3 Lukluk as a control group. The results shows that there is significant differences in learning outcomes between students who take the Civics portofolio based learning to students who take conventional teaching fifth grade elementary Cluster 4 Mengwi. It is known from the results of t-test analysis was obtained t_arithmetic=4,17 at the 5% significance level and dk = 58, obtained t_(table(α=0,05;58))=2,000. So, t_arithmetic=4,17>t_(table(α=0,05;58))=2,000 and the average value obtained by the students in the group who followed portofolio based learning model x ̅=70,08, while the group of students who follow the conventional learning x ̅=59,10. Based on these results it can be concluded that the portofolio based learning effect on learning outcomes in fifth grade elementary school Civics Cluster 4 Mengwi Badung Academic Year 2013/2014.
