This study aimed to know the effect of learning model of thematic assisted media semi concrete on the science learning outcomes on second grade students of SD Gugus I South Denpasar school year 2013/2014. This research belongs to quasi-experimental research with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The populations in this study were all second grade students of SD Gugus I South Denpasar school year 2013/2014. Samples were taken with a random sampling technique. The data analysis in this study was analyzed by t-test. Average results of the second grade students learn science that learned to use model of thematic assisted media semi concrete greater than the students that learned using conventional learning (80,68>75,67). The results showed that there is a significant difference in science learning outcomes students who learned by using learning model of thematic assisted media semi concrete with students who learned by using conventional learning (tvalue = 3,036 > ttable = 2.000). Based on these results it can be concluded that the learning model of thematic assisted media semi concrete effects the science learning outcomes of second grade students of SD Gugus I South Denpasar school year 2013/2014.
