Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang belajar melalui model penemuan (inkuiri) terbimbing berbantuan media powerpoint dengan siswa yang belajar melalui pembelajaran konvensional siswa kelas V SD Gugus Yos Sudarso Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperiment (eksperimen semu) dengan rancangan penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group. Populasi meliputi seluruh siswa kelas V SD Gugus Yos Sudarso Denpasar tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 329 siswa dan dan sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah 79 Siswa. Instrument pokok dalam penelitian ini hasil belajar IPA siswa. Data diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistic parametric. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analisis uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan hasil sebagai berikut, rerata posttestt kelompok eksperimen 80,008 dan kelompok kontrol 71,01. Uji hipotesis dilakukan pada skor posttestt dengan hasil uji-t yaitu thitung (4,64) > ttabel (2,000). Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang belajar melalui model penemuan (inkuiri) terbimbing berbantuan media powerpoint dengan siswa yang belajar melalui pembelajaran konvensional siswa kelas V SD Gugus Yos Sudarso Denpasar, maka dapat direkomendasikan bahwa model penemuan (inkuiri) terbimbing berbantuan media powerpoint dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif model pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in sience learning outcomes of grade V Yos Sudarso group between students who learn through Inkuiri model assisted PowerPoint media with students who learn through conventional learning. This study is a quasi experimental study (quasi-experimental) research design Nonequivalent with Control Group.The population included all students in grade V Yos Sudarso group academic year 2013/2014. The population was 329 students and the samples that used in this study was 79 students.The principal instrument in this study was Science student learning outcomes. The data obtained were analyzed using parametric statistical analysis. To test the hypothesis used t-test analysis. Based on the analysis that was found the following results are the mean posttestt experimental group is 80,08 and the control group is 71,01. The hypothesis testing is done on the score posttestt with t-test results are thit ( 4.64 ) > ttab ( 2,000 ). Based on the results of hypothesis tests performed means that there are significant differences in learning outcomes between students who learn Science through Inkuiri model assisted PowerPoint media with students who learn through conventional learning, it can be recommended that Inkuiri models assisted PowerPoint media can be used as an alternative model of learning in Science subjects in elementary school.
