PENGARUH METODE PEMBELAJARAN SQ3R TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR BAHASA INDONESIA KELAS V SD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara siswa yang mengikuti metode pembelajaran SQ3R dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain the nonequivalent control group design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik random sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 72 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data keterampilan membaca menggunakan tes pilihan ganda. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik parametris yakni uji-t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keterampilan membaca yang signifikan antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan metode pembelajaran SQ3R dengan siswa yang belajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional pada kelas V SD Gugus 1 Denpasar Selatan Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Inovasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran SQ3R dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: metode SQ3R, hasil belajar, dan bahasa Indonesia.
This study aimed to determine significant differences in learning achivement between students who follow to use the SQ3R learning method with students who follow using conventional learning. This research is a quasi experimental design with the nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used is random sampling technique. The study sample as many as 72 students. Data collection method of reading skills using multiple-choice tests. Data were analyzed using parametric statistical techniques namely t-test. The results of the data analysis showed that there were significant differences in reading skills between students who learn to use the SQ3R learning method with students who learn using conventional learning in the fifth grade elementary Gugus 1 South Denpasar academic year 2013/2014. Innovation learning using SQ3R learning method can be used as an alternative to improve the learning achivement of students in the Indonesian language.
