Pendekatan CTL Berbantuan Media Audio Meningkatkan Siswa SD Terhadap Cerita Bahasa Indonesia Gugus VI Kecamatan Tabanan Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan pemahaman terhadap sebuah cerita bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas III di Gugus VI Kecamatan Tabanan Kabupaten Tabanan antara siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan CTL berbantuan media audio (cerita), dan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pendekatan konvensional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas III di Gugus VI Kecamatan Tabanan Kabupaten Tabanan Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014, yang berjumlah 95 orang yang terdiri dalam 5 sekolah. Setelah di random sampling didapatkan SD N 3 Dauh Peken sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan SD N 1 Dauh Peken sebagai kelompok kontrol. Data tentang Pemahaman Sebuah Cerita Bahasa Indonesia dikumpulkan dengan instrumen berupa tes pilihan ganda biasa berjumlah 30 butir soal yang valid dan reliabel. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, terdapat perbedaan pemahaman terhadap sebuah cerita bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas III di Gugus VI Kecamatan Tabanan Kabupaten Tabanan antara siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual berbantuan media audio (cerita), dan siswa yang dibelajarkan secara konvensional. Ini terlihat dari nilai thitung = 7,689 Dengan db = 57 ( Ʃn-2 = 59 – 2 = 57 ) dan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh ttabel = 2.000. Karena thitung lebih dari nilai ttabel ( 7.689 > 2.000), maka hipotesis (H0) ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan CTL Berbantuan Media Audio berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman sebuah cerita bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas III Gugus VI Kecamatan Tabanan Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014Kata Kunci : Bahasa Indonesia , CTL (contectual teaching and learning), media audio, pemahaman sebuah cerita bahasa indonesia.
The purpose of the study is to figure out if there was a diference in understanding an Indonesian story for third grade students of Gugus VI, Tabanan Sub-districk, Tabanan regency, between the students taught using CTL approach equiped by audio media (story), and students taught using a convetional approach. The population of the study were conducted to 95 of third grade students from 5 elementary schools in Gugus VI, Tabanan Sub-districk, Tabanan regency, year of study 2013 – 2014. The result of the random sampling technique was SD N 3 Dauh Peken as the experimented group and SD N 1 Dauh Peken as the control group. The Data about Understanding an Indonesian tory collected through a multiple choice test as much as 30 valid and reliable questions. The data collected is analyzed with t-test. The result of the study shows that there were differences in understanding about an Indonesian story of the third grade at Gugus VI Tabanan district Tabanan regency between the students who use CTL which assist by audio media (story), with the students who use the conventional learning (tcount 7,689 > ttable = 2,000). Thus, we can conclude that significantly influence of understanding an Indonesian story of the third grade Gugus VI Tabanan district Tabanan regency.
