PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KUANTUM BERBANTUAN MEDIA MICROSOFT POWERPOINT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS IV SEMESTER 1 SD NEGERI 6 MENANGA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV semester 1 SD Negeri 6 Menanga tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kuantum berbantuan media microsoft powerpoint. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahap, yakni: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV semester 1 SD Negeri 6 Menanga, tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Data aktivitas belajar siswa dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen lembar pengamatan, sedangkan hasil belajar IPA dikumpulkan menggunakan tes/butir soal. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I secara klasikal persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajarnya mencapai 61,40% dengan kategori cukup aktif. Pada siklus II persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajar mengalami peningkatan sebesar 17,20% hingga mencapai 78,60%. Persentase rata-rata hasil belajar IPA siswa pada siklus I secara klasikal sebesar 67,28% dengan kategori cukup baik. Pada siklus II persentase rata-rata hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal mengalami peningkatan sebesar 9,36%. hingga mencapai 76,64% dengan kategori baik. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kuantum berbantuan media microsoft powerpoint dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas IV SD Negeri 6 Menanga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata Kunci : kuantum, aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar
This study aims to improve the activity and the results of the fourth grade students learn science first semester of SD Negeri 6 Menanga academic year 2013/2014 through the application of quantum -assisted learning model media microsoft powerpoint . This study is a classroom action research was conducted in two cycles . Each cycle consists of four stages , namely : planning , action, observation / evaluation and reflection . The subjects were students of class IV Semester 1 SD Negeri 6 Menanga, school year 2013/2014 . Data collected students' learning activities using instruments observation sheet , while the science learning outcomes were collected using a test / grain problem . The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis . The results showed that in the first cycle in the classical average percentage reached 61.40 % learning activity with quite active category . In the second cycle the average percentage of learning activities has increased by 17.20 % to 78.60 % . The average percentage of science learning outcomes of students in the first cycle in the classical category of 67.28 % with good enough . In the second cycle the average percentage of students in the classical learning outcomes increased by 9.36 % . up to 76.64 % in both categories . So it can be concluded that by applying quantum -assisted learning model media microsoft powerpoint in learning science in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 6 Menanga 6 can increase the activity and student learning outcomes
