MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MASTERY LEARNING BERBASIS PENILAIAN KINERJA BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA PEMAHAMAN BAHASA INDONESIA SISWA SD KELAS V

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan membaca pemahaman Bahasa Indonesiaantara kelompok yang mengikuti pembelajaran Mastery Learning berbasis penilaian kinerja dengan kelompok yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V SD Negeri Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara yang terdiri dari 7 SD Negeri dengan jumlah siswa keseluruhan adalah 333 orang siswa. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VB SD Negeri 1 Peguyangan yang berjumlah 40 orang siswa dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 12 Peguyangan yang berjumlah 36 orang siswa. Data keterampilan membaca pemahaman Bahasa Indonesia siswa diperoleh dengan instrument tes keterampilan berbicara yang dilengkapi rubrik penilaian, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh thitung = 10,82 ttabel =2,000pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan dk = 74, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil dari post-test diketahui bahwa rata-rata nilai keterampilan membaca pemahaman Bahasa Indonesia kelompok eksperimen adalah 77,33 dan kelompok kontrol adalah 56,76. Hal ini berarti rata-rata nilai kelompok eksperimen lebih besar dari rata-rata nilai kelompok kontrol. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan membaca pemahaman Bahasa Indonesia pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran Mastery Learning berbasis penilaian kinerja dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Gugus letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara.Kata Kunci : Model pembelajaran mastery learning, penilaian kinerja, Pembelajaran konvensional, keterampilan membaca pemahaman Bahasa Indonesia
This study aims to determine the differences of Indonesian comprehension reading skills between student swho followed mastery learning model based performance assessment with students who followed the conventional learning at fifth grade elementary school at SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu North Denpasar District, 2013/2014 academic year. This research was a quasi-experimental study with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design.The population of this research were all students at fifth grade at SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu North Denpasar District in 2013/2014 academic year consist of 7 elementary schools with 333 students. The samples of this research were VB grade students of SD Negeri 1 Peguyangan with 40 students and the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 12 Peguyangan with 36 students. The comprehension reading skills data obtained by the reading skills test instrument equipped assessment rubric, then the data was analyzed by t-test. Based on the data analysis, obtained tcount = 10.82 ttable = 2.00 at 5% significance level and df = 74, so H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. The results of the post-test known that the average value of the Indonesian comprehension reading skills at experimental group speaking skills was 77.33 and the Indonesian comprehension reading skills at control group was 56.76. This means that the average value of the experimental group higher than the average value of the control group. It can be concluded that there are significant differences of Indonesian comprehension reading skills between students who followed the mastery learning model based performance assessment with students who followed the conventional learning at fifth grade elementary school students at SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu, North Denpasar.
