This research aimed to: (1) to described the science learning outcomes of students who take conventional model; (2) to described the science learning outcomes of students who take examples non examples model; (3) to determine the science learning outcomes differences between students who were thaught by used examples non examples model and conventional learning model in fifth grade elementary school students in cluster III Tampaksiring district Gianyar regency 2013/2014 school year. The research was a quasi-experiment. The population was fifth grade in cluster III Tampaksiring district consisted of 5 classes. The samples of this research were fifth grade in SDN 1 Sanding were 23 students and SDN 2 Pejeng Kaja were 27 students. The instrument of this researh is test instrument. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistic and inferential statistic (t-test). The results showed that a description of the result of science learning in the experimental group scores tend to be high then of the students in control group (X ̅ = 21,11 >X ̅ = 17,35). There are differences science learning outcomes of students who learning with examples non examples model project based assessment and students who learnt with conventional learning model, with the value of tcount = 4,302 > ttab = 2.021. Based on the result, can be concluded that examples non examples model significant effect on student learning outcomes in science learning compared with conventional learning models.
