PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEAM GAME TOURNAMENT (TGT) BERBANTUAN MEDIA FLIP CHART TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS V SD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara hasil belajar IPA pada siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran TGT berbantuan media flip chart dengan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SD Gugus IX Kecamatan Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh SD yang ada di gugus IX Kecamatan Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik random sampling yang berjumlah 54 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA yang signifikan antara siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT berbantuan media flip chart dan yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional dengan thitung > ttabel (thitung = 4,181 > ttabel = 2,021). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran TGT berbantuan media flip chart berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional.Kata Kunci : hasil belajar,media flip chart, model TGT.
This study aims to determine the difference between students’ science learning outcomes taught by TGT learning model assisted with flip chart media compared to students taught by conventional learning method of the fifth grade students of elementary school in district IX of Buleleng Regency, in the academic year of 2013/2014. This research is a quasi experimental study. The study population of the study was the entire fifth grade elementary schools in the district IX of Buleleng Regency. The samples of this research involved by random sampling, consisted of 54 person. The results of analyses research showed that there were differences of the science learning result among students who learnt by using TGT learning model assisted with flip chart media and the students who learnt by using conventional model with the value of tacount 4,181>ttable 2,021. This proves that the TGT learning model assisted flip chart media flip chart significant effect on student learning outcomes in science learning compared with conventional learning models.
