PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GENERATIF DENGAN STRATEGI KONFLIK KOGNITIF TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA KELAS V SD NEGERI GUGUS I GUSTI NGURAH RAI DENPASAR TIMUT TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran generative dengan strategi konflik kognitifdengan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Populasi yang dipakai adalah seluruh siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive random sampling dandiperoleh siswa kelas V SD No 1 penatih yang berjumlah 33 siswa sebagai kelompok Kontrol dan siswa kelas V SD No 2 Penatih yang berjumlah 40 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Data hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V dikumpulkan dengan instrument tes dan non tes. Tes yang digunakan berbentuk pilihan ganda biasa dengan jumlah soal 35 dan non tes yang digunakan adalah observasi untuk mendapatkan nilai afektif. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif (uji-t).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran generative dengan strategi konflik kognitifdengan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data yakni thit sebesar 4,247 dan ttabpada taraf signifikansi 5 % dan db = 71 sebesar2,00 karena thit >ttab, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran generative dengan strategi konflik kognitifberpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD gugus I Gusti Nurah Rai tahun ajaran 2013/2014.

This study aims to determine significant differences between groups of science learning outcomes of students who learned with generative learning model with cognitive conflict strategy with a group of students who learned with conventional learning . This type of research is quasi- experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design . The population used is the entire fifth grade elementary school student groups I Gusti Ngurah Rai . Determination of the samples was done by purposive random sampling technique and fifth grade elementary school students earned the No. 1 Penatih , amounting to 33 students as a control group and fifth grade students of elementary school No. 2 Penatih totaling 40 students as the experimental group . IPA student learning outcomes data collected by the fifth grade tests and non- test instruments . The tests used commonly in the form of multiple choice questions with the number 35 and the non- test was used to obtain the value of affective observation . The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis ( t-test ) . These results indicate there are significant differences between the groups of science learning outcomes of students who learned with generative learning model with cognitive conflict strategy with a group of students who learned with conventional learning . It can be seen from the results of the data analysis and ttab thit of 4.247 at significance level of 5 % and db = 71 at 2.00 because thit > ttab , then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted . Therefore it can be concluded that the application of generative learning model with cognitive conflict strategy affects the outcome of the fifth grade students learn science elementary group I Gusti Rai Nurah academic year 2013/2014.
