PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN PEMBELAJARAN KONSTRUKTIVISTIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA PADA SISWA KELAS IVB SDN 17 DAUH PURI TAHUN AJARAN 2013/2014

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar matematika melalui penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran konstruktivistik pada siswa kelas IVB SDN 17 Dauh Puri. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IVB SDN 17 Dauh Puri Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 yang terdiri dari 38 orang siswa. Data penelitian tentang hasil belajar dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode tes dan metode observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan belajar matematika pada pra siklus = 6,74 berada pada kriteria kurang aktif berikutnya pada siklus I =10,37 berada pada kriteria cukup aktif dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,03 pada siklus II menjadi =14,40 tergolong pada kriteria aktif. Dan hasil belajar pada pra siklus ke siklus I mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,31 % kemudian siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 10,60 % yaitu pada pra siklus hasil belajar siswa sebesar 65,79 % siklus I hasil belajar siswa 70,10 % dan pada siklus II mencapai 80,70 % yang berada pada kriteria tinggi. Ketuntasan klasikal juga mengalami peningkatan dari pra siklus ke siklus I sebesar 15,79 % yaitu pada pra siklus sebesar 65,79 % menjadi 81,58% dan meningkat sebesar 18,42 %, mencapai 100% pada siklus II sehingga kriteria keberhasilan yang ditetapkan sudah tercapai. Jadi, simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah melalui Penerapan Pendekatan Konstruktivistik dapat Meningkatkan Keaktifan dan Hasil Belajar Matematika pada Siswa Kelas IVB SDN 17 Dauh Puri Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014.

Abstract This study aims to improve the activity and mathematics student learning outcomes through the application of constructivist learning approaches IVB grade students of SDN 17 Dauh Puri. This study uses action research design conducted in two cycles . The subjects were students in grade IVB SDN 17 Dauh Puri Academic Year 2013/2014 which consisted of 38 students . Research data on learning outcomes was collected using test methods and methods of observation . Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and quantitative descriptive analysis method . The results of the analysis of the data shows the average activity of learning mathematics in pre cycle =6,74 criteria are less active the next of the first cycle =10.37 was quite active on the criteria and an increase of 4.03 in the second cycle becomes = 14.40 belong to the active criteria . And learning outcomes has increased from pre cycle to first cycle is 4,31 % and from the first cycle into second cycle increased is 10.60 % that is the pre cycle of student learning outcomes is 65,79 %, student learning outcomes in first cycle is 70,10 %, and the second cycle is 80,70 % which is at the high criteria. Classical completeness also increased from pre cycle is 15,79 % that is in the pre cycle 65,79 % inton 81,58 % and increased of 18,42 % into 100 % in second cycle into 100 % so that the defined success criteria have been achieved. Thus, the conclusion from this study is through the application of Constructivistic Approach to Enhance Motivation and Learning Outcomes in Mathematics in IVB Grade Students of SDN 17 Dauh Puri Academic Year 2013/2014.
