PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN MATEMATIKA REALISTIK BERBANTUAN METODE PERMAINAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar matematika antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran Pendidikan Matematika Realistik berbantuan metode permainan dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu eksperimen semu dengan rancangan post test only with non equivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh kelas IV SD Gugus I Kecamatan Pupuan , Kabupaten Tabanan dengan jumlah siswanya 210 orang. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling (undian). Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar dengan soal pilihan ganda berjumlah 30 butir. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan hasil belajar matematika antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran Pendidikan Matematika Realistik berbantuan metode permainan dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional (thitung = 4,45 ; ttabel = 2,00). Siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran Pendidikan Matematika Realistik berbantuan metode permainan memperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar yaitu 79,13 berada pada kategori tinggi. Sedangkan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional memperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar yaitu 67,53 berada pada kategori sedang. Jadi model pembelajaran Pendidikan Matematika Realistik berbantuan metode permainan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika.

The purpose of this research is to recognize the difference results between mathematics students who followed the Realistic Mathematics Education model Games aided method
and the students who followed the conventional model learning. This research is a quasi experimental research with post test design only with non equivalent control group design. The populations on this research are all class of Elementary School Gugus I Kecamatan Pupuan Kabupaten Tabanan which students amount 210 peoples. The sample of this research is determined by random sampling technique. In collecting the data the written test were given through a multiple choices tests comprising of 30 items. The data were analyses using a descriptive statistic and inferential statistics (t-test). The result of this research shows that there is the difference result between the studenst follow Realistic Mathematics Education model Games aided method and the students follow the conventional model learning (tarithmetic = 4,45 ; ttable = 2,00). Average score of the students who follow the Realistic Mathematics Education model Games aided method is 75,5 it is considered to be high category. Whereas the students who follow the conventional learning model is 67,53 it is considered to be intermediate category. In this research Realistic Mathematics Education model Games aided method is preponderate for the result of the mathematics.
