PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CIRC DENGAN MEDIA KONKRET UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI 1 DENBANTAS TABANAN

Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran Cooperatif Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) dalam mata pelajaran Matematika. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Denbantas Kecamatan Tabanan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Adapun data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dan metode tes. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Sebelum penelitian, rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 47,00. Dilihat dari Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sebesar 60, hasil belajar siswa masih tergolong rendah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata persentase hasil belajar pada siklus I sebesar 68,00% dengan kategori sedang, rata-rata persentase hasil belajar pada siklus II sebesar 82,17% dengan kategori tinggi. Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 14,50%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran CIRC dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Denbantas Kecamatan Tabanan. Disarankan kepada guru yang mengajar Matematika agar menerapkan model pembelajaran CIRC berbantuan media konkret untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: CIRC, media konkret, hasil belajar matematika
This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is conducted in two cycles . This study aims to improve student learning outcomes after the implementation of the learning model Cooperatif Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) in the subjects of Mathematics . The subjects were all students in the fourth grade SD Negeri 1 Denbantas Kecamatan Tabanan school year 2013/2014 , amounting to 30 students. The data were collected by the method of observation and test methods. Subsequently analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis method . Before the study, the average student learning outcomes at 47,00. Seen from a minimum completeness criteria ( KKM ) of 60, the results of student learning is still relatively low. The results of this study indicate the average percentage of learning outcomes in the first cycle of 68.00 % with moderate category, the average percentage of learning outcomes in the second cycle of 82.17 % with a high category . An increase learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle of 14.50 %. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of the learning model to improve learning outcomes CIRC fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Denbantas Kecamatan Tabanan. The authors suggest that applying mathematies teachers learning model CIRC with the help of concrete media to improve the students learning outcomes.
