PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS VI SDN 3 TONJA TAHUN AJARAN 2014 / 2015

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar IPA siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VI SDN 3 Tonja tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SDN 3 Tonja Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 yang terdiri dari 39 orang siswa. Data penelitian tentang hasil belajar dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode tes dan metode observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil pencatatan kegiatan sebelum tindakan atau pra siklus PTK diperoleh rata – rata keaktifan belajar siswa 6,97 dengan persentase 34,85 yang tergolong kurang aktif. Dan ketuntasan belajar ada pada 41,03% yang tergolong belum tuntas. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan belajar IPA pada siklus I =10,27 berada pada kriteria cukup aktif dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,14 pada siklus II menjadi =14,41 tergolong pada kriteria aktif. Dan hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 10,00 % yaitu pada siklus I hasil belajar siswa 70,30 % dan pada siklus II mencapai 80,30 % yang berada pada kriteria tinggi. Ketuntasan klasikal juga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 23,08 % yaitu pada siklus I dari 76,92% menjadi 100% sehingga kriteria keberhasilan yang ditetapkan sudah tercapai. Jadi, simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah melalui Penerapan Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dapat Meningkatkan Keaktifan dan Hasil Belajar IPA pada Siswa Kelas VI SDN 3 Tonja Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci : pendekatan pembelajaran CTL, keaktifan, dan hasil belajar.
Abstract This study aims to improve the activity and student learning outcomes through the implementation of the IPA approach Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) activity and results to improve science learning SDN sixth grade students in academic year 2014/2015 3 Tonja. This study uses classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. The subjects were students of class VI 3 Tonja SDN Academic Year 2014/2015 which consisted of 39 students. The research data on learning outcomes was collected using test methods and methods of observation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and quantitative descriptive analysis method. Recording the results of actions or events before PTK obtained pre-cycle average - average students' learning activeness 6.97 with 34.85 percentage are classified as less active. And mastery learning there at 41.03% which are not yet completed. The results showed an average activity of learning science in the first cycle = 10.27 are the criteria quite active and increased by 4.14 in the second cycle = 14.41 classified into the active criteria. And learning outcomes has increased from the first cycle to the second cycle of 10.00% which is in the first cycle of student learning outcomes and 70.30% in the second cycle reaches 80.30%, which is at the high criteria. Classical completeness also increased by 23.08% ie in the first cycle of 76.92% to 100% so that the defined success criteria have been achieved. Thus, the conclusion from this study is through Implementation Approach Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) can Increase Motivation and Learning Outcomes in Class VI IPA 3 Tonja SDN Academic Year 2014/2015.
