PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER BERLANDASKAN TRI KAYA PARISUDHA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS V

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together berlandaskan Tri Kaya Parisudha dengan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SD Dajan Peken Kecamatan Tabanan, Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dan menggunakan desain non- equivalent post-test only control group design. Sampel penelitian yaitu kelas V SD No. 6 Dajan Peken dan SD No. 1 Dajan Peken berjumlah 86 orang. Data hasil belajar IPA dikumpulkan dengan instrumen berbentuk tes pilihan ganda. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA yang signifikan antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together berlandaskan Tri Kaya Parisudha dan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t diperoleh thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (thitung = 6,06 > ttabel = 2,00 ; X ̅ 1 = 21,39 > X ̅ 2 = 15,67). Dengan demikian model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together berlandaskan Tri Kaya Parisudha berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas V.

This study aimed to find out the significant difference of students’ science learning achievement between a group of students who were taught by using Numbered Head Together learning strategy based on the Tri Kaya Parisudha and a group of students who were taught by using conventional learning strategy on the students of grade V at SD Dajan Peken in Tabanan district, in academic year 2013/2014. This study was a quasi experiment that used the design of non- equivalent post-test only control group design. The sample of this study was the students of grade V of SD No.6 Dajan Peken and SD No. 1 Dajan Peken by which the number of the students was 86. The data of science learning achievement was collected by using research instrument in form of multiple choice tests. The obtained data was analyzed by using data descriptive analysis and inferential statistics technique t-test. The result of this study shows that there are significant differences of science learning achievement between a group of students who were taught by using Numbered Head Together learning strategy based on the Tri Kaya Parisudha and a group of students who were taught by using conventional learning strategy. It is proved by the result of hypothesis test using t-test in which it acquired tcount is more than ttable (tcount = 6,06 > ttable = 2.00 ; X ̅ 1 = 21,39 > X ̅ 2 = 15,67). So, it could concluded that using Numbered Head Together learning strategy based on the Tri Kaya Parisudha gave a significant effect towards students’ science learning achievement of grade V.
