IMPLEMENTASI PENDEKATAN KETERAMPILAN PROSES UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS V SEMESTER GENAP SD NO. 3 KALIUNTU KECAMATAN BULELENG KABUPATEN BULELENG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas V semester II Sekolah Dasar no. 3 Kaliuntu tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 setelah diterapkannya pendektan keterampilan proses. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar no. 3 Kaliuntu tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 21 orang yang terdiri dari 9 siswa laki-laki dan 12 orang siswa perempuan. Metode Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode tes. Data yang didapatkan dari metode tes selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus persentase tingkat ketuntasan belajar, selanjutnya dikonversikan ke dalam tingkat hasil belajar IPA berdasarkan PAP skala 5.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada siklus I, hasil belajar siswa mencapai 58,1% dengan kategori kurang dan pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa mencapai 79,5% dengan kategori cukup, sehingga terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 21,4%. Oleh karena itu, penerapan pendekatan keterampilan proses dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar no. 3 Kaliuntu tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci : Pendekatan keterampilan proses dan hasil belajar IPA
This study aimed to increase the outcome of studying IPA on the fifth grade students in second semester of elementary school number 3 Kaliuntu in academic year 2013/2014 after skill approaching process was applied. The design of this study was classroom action research which conducted in two cycles. Each cycles consisted of two meeting.The subject of this study was 21 students of fifth grade students of elementary school number 3 Kaliuntu in academic year 2013/2014 which consisted of 9 male students and 12 female students. This study used test as a method to collect the data. The data that was found through test was analyzed by using formula of percentage passed level of the study, furthermore was converted into the outcome level of studying IPA based on PAP Scale 5.The result of the study showed that the outcome level of students’ learning was increased from the first cycle to the second cycle. In the first cycle, the level of students’ learning achieved 58,1 % categorized as low and in the second cycle the level of students’ learning attained 79,5 % categorized as sufficient. So that there was raising level of students’ learning from the first cycle to the second cycle. Hence, the application of skill approaching process can increase the outcome of studying IPA of fifth grade students of elementary school number 3 kaliuntu in academic year 2013/2014.
