This research is a quasi-experimental design with non-equivalent post-test only control group design. The study population was all students in the fifth grade primary school in the village of Melaka Kayuputih 2013/2014 school year. Samples were students of class V SD N 5 Kayuputih Melaka with 20 students and the number of SD N 1 Kayuputih Melaka by the number of 21 students. The data collected is knowledge of flat wake. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics namely t-test. The results indicate that there is a difference peneitian learning ability of students who learned with Cooperative models of type script with ACE cycle and the group of students who learned with conventional learning model with the value of the learning of mathematics by using cooperative learning model script with ACE cycle is 23.46, while the scores mean (M) on mathematics learning outcomes using conventional learning model is 18.81. This shows that learning outcomes using cooperative learning model script with ACE cycle better than conventional learning model class V student group VIII Sukasadadistricts.
