PENERAPAN MIND MAPPING DALAM PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PKN DAN SIKAP SPIRITUAL DENGAN TEMA CITA-CITAKU PADA SISWA KELAS IVA SD NEGERI 24 PEMECUTAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn dan sikap spiritual melalui penerapan mind mapping dalam pendekatan saintifik. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IVA yang berjumlah 32 orang, 20 orang laki-laki dan 12 orang perempuan. Data hasil belajar PKn diperoleh melalui metode tes dengan instrumen 10 soal jawaban singkat, sedangkan data sikap spiritual diperoleh melalui metode non tes dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Pada pra siklus diketahui persentase rata-rata hasil belajar PKn siswa sebesar 69,22% dengan kategori sedang dan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 40,62%. Pada siklus I diperoleh persentase skor rata-rata hasil belajar PKn sebesar 73,44% dengan kategori sedang dan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 59,37%. Sedangkan pada siklus II pencapaian skor rata-rata hasil belajar PKn sebesar 82,5% dengan kategori tinggi dan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 87,5%. Nilai rata-rata Sikap spiritual pada siklus I sebesar 2,56 dengan predikat baik (B-). Sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata sikap spiritual mencapai 2,67 dan berada pada predikat baik (B). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan mind mapping dalam pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn dan sikap spiritual dengan tema cita-citaku pada siswa kelas IVA di SD Negeri 24 Pemecutan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara tahun pelajaran 2014/2015.

This study aims to improve the outcome of learning civics and the spiritual attitude through mind mapping application in scientific approach. This study is a Class Action Research which is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject in this study were 32 students , 20 boys and 12 girls in the elementary school grade IVA. The outcome data of learning civics obtained through test method with 10 short answer questions, while the data of spiritual attitude obtained through non-test method (questionnaire). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis of quantitative and qualitative descriptive. In the pre-cycle known that average percentage of students learning civics with moderate category is 69.22% and classical completeness reached 40.62%. In the first cycle obtained an average percentage score of learning civics is 73.44% with moderate category and classical completeness reached 59.37%. While in the second cycle the average achievement scores learning civics outcome is 82.5% with high category and classical completeness reaches 87.5%. The average value of the spiritual attitude in the first cycle comes with a good predicate of 2,56 (B-). While in the second cycle the average value reached 2,67 and spiritual attitudes are at good predicate (B). The conclusion of this study based on the outcome are by applying the mind mapping in scientific approaches can improve the outcome of learning civics and spiritual attitude with cita-citaku theme at IVA grade students in SD Negeri 24 Pemecutan, North Denpasar academic year 2014/2015.
