PENGARUH PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK BERBASIS ASESMEN PORTOFOLIO TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR KETERAMPILAN MENULIS DAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA KELAS IV SD GUGUS PATTIMURA PADA TEMA CITA-CITAKU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis dan kemampuan berpikir kritis antara kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio dan kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan pendekatan saintifik konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah non-equivalent control group design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Pattimura Denpasar Selatan tahun ajaran 2014/2015 dengan jumlah populasi 437 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah 65 siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah skor hasil belajar keterampilan menulis yang dikumpulkan dengan tes kinerja menulis dan skor kemampuan berpikir kritis yang dikumpulkan dengan tes uraian. Untuk uji hipotesis data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan MANOVA. Semua pengujian statistik dilakukan dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis dan kemampuan berpikir kritis antara siswa klas IV SD Gugus Pattimura yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan saintifik konvensional pada tema Cita-citaku.Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, asesmen portofolio, keterampilan menulis, berpikir kritis
The research is aimed to understand the difference of learning result of writing skill and the ability of critical thinking of students who study based on Portofolio scientific approach and students who study through conventional scientific approach,such research is using non-equivalent control group design. The number of population is 65 students, which was taken from elementary students on 4th grades at Gugus Pattimura, South Denpasar in academic year 2014/2015. Data collected was held on two score. Firstly, score of learning result of writing skill is collected through writing performance test. Second is score of critical thinking ability, which was collected through explanation test. Hypothesis test was deployed by descriptive analysis and MANOVA. Those tests were using 5 % significant level. The result posits that there were different result by writing skill and ability of critical thinking for students studying based on assessment Portofolio scientific approach and students who study conventional scientific approach. The difference was of 4th grades at Gugus Pattimura on subject study “Cita-citaku” of 4th grades at Gugus Pattimura
