ANALISIS KESULITAN-KESULITAN BELAJAR IPS SISWA KELAS IV DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 DI SD PILOTING SE-KABUPATEN GIANYAR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kesulitan-kesulitan belajar IPS siswa kelas IV dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di SD Piloting se-Kabupaten Gianyar, serta (2) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan-kesulitan belajar IPS siswa kelas IV dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di SD Piloting se-Kabupaten Gianyar tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV di SD Piloting Kurikulum 2013 se-kabupaten Gianyar, yaitu sebanyak 476 siswa. Untuk pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Porposive Sampling, yaitu dipilih siswa-siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar IPS. Dari teknik sampling tersebut diperoleh sampel sebesar 86 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode studi dokumen, tes, angket dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis data deskriptif secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) kesulitan belajar IPS siswa kelas IV dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di SD Piloting se-kabupaten Gianyar meliputi kesulitan pemahaman konsep IPS sebesar 61,04% dari 86 siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar IPS dan kesulitan dalam keterampilan intelektual sebesar 76,74% dari 86 siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar IPS di sekolah piloting tersebut, (2) faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab kesulitan-kesulitan belajar IPS siswa kelas IV dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SD Piloting Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Gianyar meliputi faktor internal, yaitu minat dengan persentase 51,05%, motivasi dengan persentase 50,75% dan bakat dengan persentase 49,38%. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yang memberi pengaruh terhadap kesulitan belajar IPS siswa adalah proses pembelajaran dengan persentase pengaruh 52,71% dan sarana/prasarana sekolah dengan persentase 61,77%.

This research aims to (1) analyze and describe the difficulties of learning IPS fourth grade students in the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in SD Piloting at Gianyar, and (2) analyze and describe the factors that cause learning difficulties IPS students in the fourth grade implementation of Curriculum 2013 in SD Piloting Gianyar throughout the school year 2014/2015. The population in this research were all fourth grade students in elementary Piloting Curriculum 2013 at Gianyar, as many as 476 students. For sampling was done by using purposive sampling, which have been students who have difficulty learning IPS. The sampling technique derived from a sample of 86 people. Data collection method used is the method of study documents, tests, questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive data analysis method qualitatively and quantitatively. Results of this research were (1) the difficulty of learning IPS fourth grade students in the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in SD Piloting at Gianyar include difficulty understanding the concept of IPS for 61.04% of the 86 students who have difficulty learning social studies and difficulties in understanding intellectual skills by 76 , 74% of the 86 students who have difficulty learning social studies in the piloting school, (2) the factors that cause learning difficulties IPS fourth grade students in the implementation of the curriculum in primary Piloting Curriculum 2013 Gianyar include internal factors, ie with a percentage of 51.05% interest, with a percentage of 50.75% motivation and talent with the percentage of 49.38%. While external factors influencing the students' learning difficulties IPS is a learning process with a percentage of 52.71% and the effect of facilities / infrastructure of the school with the percentage of 61.77%.
