Penerapan Pendekatan Saintifik dengan Penilaian Proyek untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pengetahuan IPS Tema Cita-Citaku dan Sikap Spiritual Siswa Kelas IVB SD Negeri 2 Padangsambian

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) peningkatan hasil belajar pengetahuan IPS tema Cita-Citaku dan (2) peningkatan sikap spiritual pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Padangsambian setelah penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV B semester II SD Negei 2 Padangsambian sebanyak 38 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitan ini dilakukan dengan metode tes untuk data hasil belajar pengetahuan IPS dan kuesioner untuk data sikap spiritual siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar pengetahuan IPS yang dilihat dari persentase rata-rata dan ketuntasan klasikal dengan perolehan persentase rata-rata hasil belajar pengetahuan IPS pada prasiklus sebesar 61,92% dengan kriteria rendah kemudian pada siklus I sebesar 68,02% dengan kriteria sedang meningkat menjadi 82,10% pada siklus II dengan kriteria tinggi, sementara ketuntasan klasikal yang diperoleh pada prasiklus sebanyak 47,37% kemudian pada siklus I sebanyak 65,79%, pada siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan menjadi 86,84% dan (2) terjadi peningakatan sikap spiritual siswa dari rata-rata sikap spiritual siswa pada siklus I mencapai 2,84 dengan predikat baik (B) kemudian meningkat menjadi 3,35 dengan predikat sangat baik (A-) pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pengetahuan IPS tema Cita-Citaku dan sikap spiritual siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 PadangsambianKata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, penilaian proyek, hasil belajar, sikap spiritual
This study aimed to determine (1) the improved of learning outcomes of social knowledge on Cita-Citaku theme and (2) the improved of spiritual attitude to the fourth grade student in SD Negeri 2 Padangsambian after the implemetation of scientific approach with project assessment. This study was designed as a classroom action research in two different cycles. The subject of this study was the second semester of the fourth grade B student in SD Negeri 2 Padangsambian as many as 38 students. This research was conducted by using the test method for learning outcomes of social knowledge and questionnaire method for spiritual attitude. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive statistical analysis method. The results of this study showed (1) an increase in learning outcomes of social knowledge based on average percentage and classical completeness with the average percentage of learning outcomes of social knowledge in the pre-cycle is 61,92% with low criteria then in the first cycle is 68,02% with enough criteria, and it is increase become 82,10% in the second cycle with high criteria, while the classical completeness in the pre-cycle is 47,37% then in the first cycle is 65,79%, in the second cycle it is increase become 86,84% and (2) an increase in students’s spiritual attitude by the average value in the first cycle is 2,84 with good predicate (B), then it is increase become 3,35 with very good predicate (A-) in the second cycle. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implemetation of scientific approach with project assessment can improve learning outcomes of social knowledge on Cita-Citaku theme and spiritual attitude of the fourth grade student in SD Negeri 2 Padangsambian.
