ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN SISWA DALAM KEGIATAN MENGAMATI PADA PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK PADA KURIKULUM 2013 TEMA LINGKUNGAN BERSIH, SEHAT DAN ASRI KELAS I DI SDN 8 PADANGSAMBIAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) kemampuan siswa dalam mengamati, dan (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam mengamati pada pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik pada kurikulum 2013 tema lingkungan bersih, sehat dan asri kelas I di SDN 8 Padangsambian. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I SDN 8 Padangsambian. Objek penelitian ini adalah kemampuan siswa dalam mengamati dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam mengamati pada pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik pada kurikulum 2013. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan siswa dalam kegiatan mengamati yang dianalisis dari aspek observasi dan angket dengan tiga aspek termasuk kategori sangat baik (2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam kegiatan mengamati adalah adanya faktor yang berasal dari dalam meliputi faktor panca indra, intelegensi, gaya belajar, minat, dan motivasi, serta faktor dari luar siswa meliputi sarana dan prasarana, keluarga, guru dan lingkungan sosial siswa di sekolah. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Kemampuan siswa kelas I di SDN 8 Padangsambian dalam kegiatan mengamati pada pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik pada kurikulum 2013 termasuk kategori sangat baik (2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam mengamati adalah faktor yang berasal dari dalam dan dari luar siswa. Siswa disarankan agar membiasakan diri untuk mengamati pada saat pembelajaran. Guru disarankan agar lebih melatih, mengupayakan dan memfasilitasi kemampuan siswa dalam mengamati.Kata Kunci : kemampuan siswa, kegiatan mengamati, pendekatan saintifik, dan kurikulum 2013.
This study aimed to described (1) student’s ability of observation activites in learning, and (2) factors that affected student’s ability of observation activities in learning with scientific approach in curriculum 2013 theme lingkungan bersih, sehat dan asri on 1st class in SDN 8 Padangsambian. The subjects of this study were student’s class in 1st SDN 8 Padangsambian. Objects of this study were student’s ability of observation activites, and factors that affected student’s ability of observation activites in learning with scientific approach in curriculum 2013. Techniques of collected the data which used were observation, interview, and questionnaire. The analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. The results of this study showed (1) student’s ability of observation in learning that analyzed from aspects of observation and questionnaire from three aspectts included in best categories (2)The factors that affected students’ ability of observation activities were the factors came from inside such as five sense, intelligence, interest, and motivation, and outside of the students, such as facilities and infrastructure, family, and the social environment student’s in the school. The conclusion of this study that (1) student’s ability of observation in learning with scientific approach in curriculum 2013 included in best categories (2)The factors that affected students’ ability of observation activities were the factors came from inside and outside of the student’s. Student’s suggested to got used to observation activities in learning. Teachers suggested to gave more efforts and facilitated students’ ability in observation activities.
