Studi Evaluasi Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Di SD Negeri 1 Baler Bale Agung Kecamatan Negara

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri 1 Baler Bale Agung, Gugus I Nakula, Kecamatan Negara, Kabupaten Jembrana. Studi Evaluasi ini menggunakan evaluasi model CIPP dengan variabel yang diteliti yaitu:context, input, process dan product. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengubah skor masing-masing variabel menjadi T-Skor dan menentukan arah T-Skor. Untuk menentukan efektivitas implementasi Kurikulum 2013 digunakan kuadran Glickman sebagai acuan kategori.
Hasil yang diperoreh berdasarkan Kuadran Glickman yakni: (1) Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri 1 Baler Bale Agung, Gugus I Nakula, Kecamatan Negara, Kabupaten Jembrana ditinjau dari segi context tergolong kategori efektif. (2) Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri 1 Baler Bale Agung, Gugus I Nakula, Kecamatan Negara, Kabupaten Jembrana ditinjau dari segi input tergolong kurang efektif. (3) Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri 1 Baler Bale Agung, Gugus I Nakula, Kecamatan Negara, Kabupaten Jembrana ditinjau dari segi process tergolongi efektif. (4) Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri 1 Baler Bale Agung, Gugus I Nakula, Kecamatan Negara, Kabupaten Jembrana ditinjau dari segi product tergolong efektif. Dengan demikian, formula konteks, masukan, proses, dan produk (CIPP) = (+ - + +). Jadi apabila dimasukkan ke dalam protoype kuadran Grickman efektivitas implementasi Kurikulum 2013 berada dalam kuadran II, yang berarti cukup efektif.

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in SD Negeri 1 Baler Bale Agung, Cluster I Nakula, Negara District, Jembrana regency. This evaluation studies using CIPP model evaluation, with variables studied were: context, input, process and product. Respondents in this study as many as 35 people. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative change the score of each variable into T-scores and determine the direction of the T-Score. To determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Curriculum 2013 is used as the reference category quadrant Glickman.
The results obtained by Quadrant Glickman namely: (1) Implementation of Curriculum 2013 in SD Negeri 1 Baler Bale Agung, Cluster I Nakula, Negara District, Jembrana regency in terms of the context including effective category. (2) The implementation of Curriculum 2013 in SD Negeri 1 Baler Bale Agung, Cluster I Nakula, Negara District, Jembrana regency in terms of inputs including category less effective. (3) The implementation of Curriculum 2013 in SD Negeri 1 Baler Bale Agung, Cluster I Nakula, Negara District, Jembrana regency in terms of process including effective category. (4) Implementation of Curriculum 2013 in SD Negeri 1 Baler Bale Agung, in terms of effective product category. Thus, the formula context, input, process, and product (CIPP) = (+ - + +). So when inserted into quadrants protoype Grickman effectiveness of implementation Curriculum 2013 in quadrant II, which means quite effective.
