PENGARUH PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK BERBANTUAN ASESMEN PRODUK TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR IPA DENGAN KOVARIABEL GAYA BELAJAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui perbedaan prestasi belajar IPA siswa setelah diajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik berbantuan asesmen produk. (2) Mengetahui perbedaan prestasi belajar IPA siswa setelah diajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik berbantuan asesmen produk setelah variabel gaya belajar dikendalikan. (3) Mengetahui kontribusi kovariabel gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental design, dengan rancangan penelitian One-group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 4 Kaliuntu, Kabupaten Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 35 orang. Data prestasi belajar dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes pilihan ganda. Sedangkan data gaya belajar dikumpulkan dengan instrumen Gaya Belajar Group Embedded Figures Test. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu ANAVA, ANACOVA, dan Korelasi Product Moment. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: (1) Prestasi belajar IPA siswa setelah diajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik berbantuan asesmen produk yaitu tergolong tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata (M) 82. (2) Prestasi belajar IPA siswa sebelum diajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik berbantuan asesmen produk yaitu tergolong sedang dengan nilai rata-rata (M) 65,05 (3) Terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar IPA siswa setelah diajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik berbantuan asesmen produk (Fhitung > Ftabel, Fhitung =31,035> Ftabel 4,15). (4) Terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar IPA siswa setelah diajarkan dengan pendekatan saintifik berbantuan asesmen produk setelah variabel gaya belajar dikendalikan (Fhitung > Ftabel, Fhitung =34,504> Ftabel 4,15). (5) Terdapat kontribusi kovariabel gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (rhitung > rtabel, rhitung = 0,409 > rtabel 0,334 dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,168.Kata Kunci : Pendekatan Saintifik, Prestasi Belajar IPA, Gaya Belajar
This study aims to: (1) Know the difference IPA student learning achievement after aided scientific approach taught by the assessment of the product. (2) Know the difference after the students' learning achievement IPA taught scientific approach aided assessment of the product after learning style variables are controlled. (3) Knowing the contribution of covariates learning styles to student achievement. This research is a pre-experimental design, the study design One-group pretest-posttest design. Population and sample in this research is all fifth grade students at SDN 4 Kaliuntu, Buleleng regency in the academic year 2014/2015, amounting to 35 people. Learning achievement data was collected using a multiple-choice test. While the data collected by the instruments of learning styles Learning Styles Group Embedded Figures Test. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics ie ANOVA, ANACOVA, and Product Moment Correlation. The study found that: (1) achievement once taught students learn science with scientific approach aided assessment of the product is relatively high with the average value (M) 82. (2) Science learning achievement of students before taught with scientific approach aided assessment product that is classified being the average value (M) 65.05 (3) There are differences in students' learning achievement IPA after taught with scientific approach aided assessment of products (F count> F table, Fhitung = 31.035> Ftabel 4.15). (4) There are differences in students' learning achievement IPA after taught with scientific approach aided assessment of the product after learning styles controlled variable (F count> F table, Fhitung = 34.504> Ftabel 4.15). (5) There are contributions covariates learning styles to student achievement (rhitung> rtabel, rhitung = 0.409> 0.334 rtabel with a contribution of 0.168.
