PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CORE BERBANTUAN MEDIA KONKRET TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS V SD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran CORE berbantuan media konkret dan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V di SD Gugus I Kecamatan Jembrana Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen dan menggunakan desain non equivalent post-test only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SD Gugus I Kecamatan yang berjumlah 169 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah SD Negeri 1 Perancak berjumlah 33 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan SD Negeri 1 Sangkaragung berjumlah 30 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrumen tes hasil belajar berbentuk tes obyektif, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran CORE berbantuan media konkret dengan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Perbandingan rata-rata hasil belajar IPA siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran CORE berbantuan media konkret lebih besar dari siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model konvensional (23,36 >19,06).Kata Kunci : CORE, Media Konkret, Hasil Belajar.
This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes science among group of students who learned with the CORE learning model assisted concrete media with conventional model the fifth grade students in the academic year 2014/2015 in primery schools in the cluster I of Jembrana District. This research was a quasi experimental research design and using non-equivalent post only control group design. The population of this study were all fifth grade student in elementary group Jembrana District I with the amount of 169 student. The sample of this study were fifth grade students in SD Negeri 1 Perancak with 33 students as an experimental group and fifth grade students in SD Negeri 1 Sangkaragung with 30 students as the control group. The sample of the study was take by simple random sampling technique. The collected data of this research had conducted with learning outcomes test instruments in the form used objective tests, and the had analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (t-test). The results of reseach showed there were significant differences in learning outcomes in science among group of students who learned with the CORE model assisted concrete media with conventional model. The comparison of the results average of students in learning outcomes science the students who learned with CORE model assisted concrete media was higher than students who learned with conventional model (23,36 >19,06).
