PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TERPADU TIPE CONNECTED TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS IV SD DI GUGUS VI KECAMATAN SUKASDADA KABUPATEN BULELENG TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015

ABSTRAK Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar IPA siswa, dan dalam proses belajar mengajar siswa, jarang menggunakan media pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran connected dengan siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar di Gugus VI Kecamatan Sukasada, Kabupaten Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas IV di Gugus VI Kecamatan Sukasada, Kabupaten Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 214 orang. Sebanyak 61 siswa dipilih sebagai sampel yang ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar IPA siswa, yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode tes dengan instrumen pengumpulan datanya menggunakan tes pilihan ganda (objektif) dengan satu jawaban benar. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa t-hitung 10,68 > t-tabel 2,000 (dengan taraf signifikan 5%), maka H1 diterima, jadi terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran connected dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar di Gugus VI Kecamatan Sukasada, Kabupaten Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2014/2015.Kata Kunci : model pembelajaran connected, hasil belajar IPA
The problems in this study are the low of students’ achievement in science and in learning process, the students are rare to use learning media. So that this study aims to investigate the differences of students’ achievement in science between the students who are taught by using connected learning model with the students who are taught by using conventional learning model of grade IV elementary school students in Gugus VI Sukasada Sub District, Buleleng Regency in the academic year 2014/2015. This is a semi experimental study. The population of the study are grade IV students in Gugus VI Sukasada Sub District, Buleleng Regency in the academic year 2014/2015 which the number of students is 214 students. There are 61 students are chosen as samples who are decided by using random sampling technique. The data which is analyzed is the students’ science achievement which is collected through test method with the instrument of collecting data is multiple choice type test with one correct answer. The data is analyzed by using descriptive statistic and inferential statistic. The result of the study shows that t-count 10.68 > t-table 2.000 (with 5% of significant degree level), so that H1 is accepted, so there is a significant different between the students’ science achievement that are taught by using connected learning model with the students who are taught by using conventional learning model of grade IV elementary school students in Gugus VI Sukasada Sub District, Buleleng Regency in the academic year 2014/2015.
