PENGARUH PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK BERBANTUAN PENILAIAN PORTOFOLIO TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENULIS SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI 1 PEJENG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan menulis antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik berbantuan penilaian portofolio dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Pejeng. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Pejeng yang berjumlah 81 orang. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian populasi. Semua populasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Data keterampilan menulis karangan narasi dikumpulkan dengan instrumen tes berbentuk perintah. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keterampilan menulis yang signifikan antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik berbantuan penilaian portofolio dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Pejeng Kecamatan Tampaksiring tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Perbandingan hasil perhitungan rata-rata keterampilan menulis siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengen pendekatan saintifik berbantuan penilaian portofolio dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional adalah 79,89 dan 70,38.Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, penilaian portofolio, keterampilan menulis
This research aims to know the difference of writing skills between students who learning by scientific approach assisted by portfolio assessment and conventional learning students on 4th grade elementary school students at SD Negeri 1 Pejeng. The types of this research is quasi experiment. Population of this research are the entire of 4th grade students at SD Negeri 1 Pejeng with total 81 students. This research is classified to population research. The entire population become sample of the research. Narrative essay writing skills data are collected by commanded instrument test. Data are analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis and inferential statistics (t-test).Result of this research found that there are significant writing skills difference between students who learning by scientific approach assisted by portfolio assessment and students who learning conventionally on 4th grade elementary school students at SD Negeri 1 Pejeng, Tampaksiring sub-district, 2014/2015 school year. The mean ratio of students who learning by scientific approach assisted by portfolio assessment compared to students who learning conventionally are 78,89 and 70,38.
