The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes Mathematics increase after the implementation of cooperative models of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) with aided Student Worksheet (LKS) is structured in Class V SD Negeri 1 Tajun Buleleng academic year 2014/2015. This research is a classroom action research (PTK). This research was conducted by examining the activities of learning process, and find that there are problems. Neither of planning, process and learning outcomes. Of these problems, then given an action as an effort to improve and enhance the quality of learning. This study was conducted in SD Negeri 1 Tajun, District Kubutambahan Buleleng. Implementation of the research conducted in the academic year 2014/2015. Subjects in this Class Action Research is a Class V student of SD Negeri 1 Tajun, Academic Year 2014/2015, amounting to 27 people, consisting of 8 men and 19 women in this study were orang.Objek Student Work sheet (LKS) structured, learning outcomes, In this classroom action research, used a model of Kurt Lewin (1935), which consists of four steps: (1) planning, (2) Action / Action, (3) observation, and (4) Reflection. Based on the data analysis and discussion of the results of the research, it can be concluded as follows. The use of cooperative learning methods Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) aided Student Worksheet (LKS) is structured to improve learning outcomes Mathematics fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Tajun. It can be seen from the average grade, absorption, and completeness of classical study. Before the action, the average mastery learning outcomes not meet the criteria that have been set. At the initial score, the average student learning outcomes reached 61 in the first cycle reaches 69 had increased by 8 points in the first cycle, and the average student learning outcomes at 76 in the second cycle means an increase of 7 points from the first cycle to cycle II. Mastery learning students to the subject matter at the beginning of the score reached 52%, in the first cycle reaches 85% an increase of 33% in the first cycle, and the students' mastery of subject matter in the second cycle reaches 100%, so an increase of 15% from the first cycle to the second cycle.
