ANALISIS KESULITAN BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS II PADA IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 DI SD SE-KECAMATAN BULELENG

Abstract


Penerapan Kurikulum 2013 membawa dampak positif dan negatif dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar khususnya. Perlunya adaptasi siswa pada perubahan kurikulum ini, menimbulkan berbagai hambatan dan kesulitan yang dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa. Oleh sebab itu, guru hendaknya mengetahui letak kesulitan belajar siswa untuk dapat membantu siswa dalam belajar sehingga siswa dapat mengatasi kesulitan belajar yang dialami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan belajar konsep, keterampilan, serta pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas II dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di SD Se-Kecamatan Buleleng. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SD kelas II se-Kecamatan Buleleng yang berjumlah 170 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tes dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan penyajian data secara statistika. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rata-rata siswa yang melakukan kesalahan dalam pengerjaan soal sebesar 40,59 persen, dengan jenis kesulitan tertinggi adalah kesulitan dalam keterampilan berhitung sebesar (15,29%), kesulitan dalam aspek konsep rata-rata (6,28%), kesulitan dalam aspek pemecahan masalah rata-rata (6,26%), kesulitan dalam 2 aspek sekaligus yakni konsep dan keterampilan berhitung rata-rata 4,26 persen, kesulitan dalam aspek konsep dan pemecahan masalah sekaligus rata-rata 0,84 persen, kesulitan dalam aspek keterampilan berhitung dan pemecahan masalah rata-rata 5,54 persen, dan kesulitan kompleks 10,06 persen. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar siswa kelas II di SD se-Kecamatan Buleleng dalam pengimplementasian Kurikulum 2013 meliputi pengetahuan awal siswa mengenai konsep matematika, faktor guru, dan faktor kurikulum

The Implementation of curriculum 2013 had negative and positive impact of the learning process in elementary school especially. The adaptation needed of students in this new curriculum had some problems and difficulties that could influence students’ learning achievement. So, the teacher had to know the students’ difficulties to help the students in the learning process so the students could overcome the learning difficulties that faced. This study aimed to describe the difficulty of learning concept, skill, and match problem solving of class II in implemented of curriculum 2013 in the elementary schools of Buleleng district. The subject in this study was all of the students of class II in Buleleng district that the number of the students is 170 students. The method of collecting data that used in this study was test and interview method. The analysis technique that used in this study were descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative with showed the data as statistically. The result of this study was the average of students who had mistakes in the answering questions process was 40.59%, with the some mistakes in account skill was 15.29%, in the aspect of concept was 6.28%, in the aspect of the problem solving was 6.26%, and the difficulties in the twice aspect was in the aspect of concept and account skill was 4.26%, in the aspects of concept and problem solving directly was 0.84%, in the aspects of account skill and problem solving was 5.54%, and also in the complex aspect was 10.06%. the factors of students’ learning difficulties of class II in Buleleng district in implementation of curriculum 2013 such as the students understanding about match concept, teacher factor, and curriculum factor.
