PENGARUH STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN THINK TALK WRITE (TTW) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR ILMU PENGETAHUAN ALAM SISWA KELAS IV SD N 1 PEGUYANGAN DENPASAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti strategi pembelajaran think talk write (TTW) dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas IV SD N 1 Peguyangan, Denpasar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen semu (quasy experiment) menggunakan desain non equivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua kelas IV SD N 1 Peguyangan, yang meliputi 2 kelas berjumlah 80 siswa, pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IVA SD N 1 Peguyangan sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 40 siswa dan kelas IVB SD N 1 Peguyangan sebagai kelas kontrol berjumlah 40 siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar IPA yang merupakan nilai kognitif. Nilai kognitif dikumpulkan menggunakan tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk tes pilihan ganda biasa. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t. Rata-rata hasil belajar IPA yang diperoleh antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran think talk write (TTW) lebih tinggi dari siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan konvensional (81,85>62,36).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti strategi pembelajaran think talk write (TTW) dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional dengan t hitung = 8,05 > t tabel = 2,000 pada derajat kebebasan 78 disignifikansi 5%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran think talk write (TTW) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD N 1 Peguyangan Denpasar.Kata Kunci : strategi ttw, hasil belajar ipa
This research purpose to know significant differences of the result of studying science between students who join think talk write (TTW) learning strategy and students who joined conventional learning method to the fourth grade students of SD N 1 Peguyangan, Denpasar. This research is belongs to quasy experiment used non equivalent control group design. The subjects of this research are all the fourth grade students of SD N 1 Peguyangan with two class consisted of 80 students. The technique which is used to take the sample is by using jenuh sampling technique. The sample in this research are the IVA class of SD Negeri 1 Peguyangan as an experiment class which is consisted of 40 students and the IVB class of SD No. 10 Peguyangan as a controlled class which is consisted of 40 students. The data which is collected of this research is the result of studying science as a cognitive value. Cognitive value was collected from result of studying test in the form of multiple choices. The data was analyzes using uji-t. The average value from the result of students which is studying using think talk write (TTW) learning strategi was higher than students who studying using conventional learning method (81.85>62.36). The result of this research showed that there was a significant difference from students who studying science by think talk write (TTW) learning strategi with the students who studying science by using conventional learning method and it could be calculated using t = 8.05 > t table = 2.000 in free degree 78 significant 5%. From the explanation above the researcher can conclude that think talk write (TTW) learning strategi could affect significantly with the result of studying science to the fourth grade students of SD N 1 Peguyangan Denpasar.
