PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN ARCS TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS VI SDN 11 SESETAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran ARCS dan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional di kelas VI SD Negeri 11 Sesetan tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VISD Negeri 11 Sesetan yang banyaknya 91 siswa. Setelah disetarakan dan diundi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Kelas VIA sebagai kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 31 dan Kelas VIB sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30. Jenis penelitian menggunakan eksperimen semu atau kuasi eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Data tentang hasil belajar konsep pengukuran dikumpulkan dengan instrumen berupa tes pilihan ganda. Data analisis dengan t-test dengan tahapan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran ARCS dan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional SDN 11 Sesetan Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan thitung= 5,433>ttabel = 2,000 dengan db = 59( ∑n-2 = 61 – 2 = 59 ) dan taraf signifikansi 5%. Demikian juga rata-rata hasil belajar IPA siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran ARCS (83,68) lebih besar dari hasil belajar IPA siswa dengan model pembelajaran Konvesional (76,46)Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran ARCS berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswaKelas VI SD Negeri 11 Sesetan Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci : model arcs , hasil belajar ipa
This study aims to determine significant differences between students' science learning outcomes that learned through learning model ARCS with students that learned through conventional teaching in six grade of SD N 11 Sesetan year 2014/2015 . The study population was all students in the six grade which are contains91 students. After synchronized and samples drawn in this study was 6th A grade as experimental group which are contains 91 students and 6th B grade as a control group which are contains 30 students. Types of research are using quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental . The study design used is Non- Equivalent Control Group Design . Data on study results was collected with instruments measuring the concept of a multiple choice test . This data analysis was by t - test with stage test for normality and homogeneity tests . The results of research shows, there have a different result significant study science among the students that learned with learning model ARCS and the students learned with conventional learning SDN 11 Sesetan year2014/1015. This can be proved thitung= 5,433 > ttabel = 2,000 with db = 59( ∑n-2 = 61 – 2 = 59 ) and significant 5%. As well average outcome study ssciencce students that learned with a learning model ARCS (83,63) greateter that sience students learning outcomes with conventional learning model (74,56). This is be Conluded that learning model ARCS with students that learned through conventional teaching in six grade of SDN 11 Sesetan year 2014/2015.
